1. For whitelisted users, each Red Packet can accommodate a maximum of 10,000 addresses.
2. Fix several bugs: 
   * An error occurs with the message "Amount is too large" on the LRC Staking subscribe page. 
   * On the red packet sending page, the prompt is not correct when the token amount entered exceeds the available balance. 
   * Failed to add guardian by scanning code.
