3. Fix several bugs:

   • The unpaid order should be shown on the “My Dual Investments” list.

   • Romania is not in the country list to choose the +40 prefix for typing my phone number on the Forget Address page.

   • Starting a fresh instance of the app and go to Earn > My Investments, the “Total Earnings” value at the top does not include earnings from CIAN staking.
