Errors can sometimes be experienced on the Loopring wallet. To troubleshoot, the engineers may sometimes require the user to provide their wallet logs.

This is a step-by-step instructions on how to obtain your wallet logs:

iOS

Tap the Gear icon

Tap About

Tap the Loopring Logo 5x

Tap Developer Mode

Tap Log

Select the latest logs

You can copy the whole log and paste it to an email by clicking the Copy button.

Android

Tap the Gear icon

Tap About

Tap the Loopring Logo 5x

Tap Developer Mode

Tap Log

It is important to provide this part. Screenshot the provided logs then tap More

Tap Save and the logs can be sent as an image attachment.
