Recover into Multi-wallet UI

With the new Multi-Wallet feature, it is now possible to recover another Loopring Smart Wallet into an existing Loopring Smart Wallet!

A. Tap the Gear icon > My Wallets

B. Tap Add Wallet

C. Select either :

Recover from Cloud Drive

Recover from Guardians
